STUNTS: His powers are not confirmed as being strictly mutant or altered human in nature.
His light sabre is a tech item, however.
1> Telepathy: He is a very accomplished telepath. He can read minds and communicate
telepathically with Rm26 ability.
2> Danger Sense: With his telepathy, he has a specialized danger sense which allows him
to sense any hostility toward his person. This works so long as the being with hostile
intents has a mind within the capability of Quickstrike's telepathy. This acts at Ex16
rank.
3> Telekinesis: Quickstrike has exhibited Am46 telekinesis. He has developed a
specialized stunt which enables him to use it to leap with In36 ability.
4> Plasma Sabre: He possesses a light sabre. His light sabre generates plasma, very
much like the proverbial Star Wars light sabre. It can do up to In36 energy damage. It has
exhibited problems when exposed to an electro-magnetic pulse. The technology used in
creating the sabre has not been understood by anyone as of yet. |

| HISTORY: Kenny
was born to a normal family with a normal regular life. However that changed when he was
16 and he started to exhibit extraordinary powers. However he was able to keep them under
wraps partly because of the smaller town he grew up in in the plains, and also because of
his own control. He went to college in Atlanta where he began to study Mathematics and
Physics. As he began his studies he started to experiment more with his powers, and in his
free time started to do some 'superhero roles'. One example was when he tripped a bank
robber using TK and when he leaped down 50 feet to nab a mad gunman in a parking garage.
He was recruited into the government to work with a government team. Because of his powers
he also worked for the CIA and NSA on various assignments. He participated in helping to
track down some terrorists and Iraqi spy rings/groups, using his telepathy and TK powers
as well as his 'plasma' sabre. Though he lays low, his sister doesn't. The vivacious 20
year old works with George Lucas and has been in many of his films. She is also going to
be starting in a Cable TV show version of the Jedi based on the future as she's playing
towards show biz. While Kenny is more content to fight crime, work for the government, and
occasionally show off his powers, he tries to keep his superhero id as secret as he can
make it. |
