Happily Ever After

Pacing the hall of baby Lexx outside the bridge, she twisted a strand of hair around her finger. She tried not to start crying again, her thoughts going over the last few years of her life. She was an old woman now, and Baby Lexx was far from a baby anymore. Stan was long gone, and she was alone. She wondered how much longer she had. The loneliness was getting to her.

She walked the hall back to her room, it seemed the distance grew further and further each day. She had had an adventurous life, even after leaving the little blue planet oh so many years ago. She sighed, allowing her mind to wander back over the years again. She thought fondly of Bunny, and in some ways of Lyekka. She wondered what had become of Prince, since he had gone out on the Noah, she hadn’t seen him.

She shrugged her shoulders and walked into the shower. In spite of her age her body was still in good shape. Sure she had a few more wrinkles, and her bosom wasn’t as firm as it once was, but she hadn’t put on any extra weight, and she was still strong, especially at the ripe old age of 80. She guessed it was from the cluster lizard in her. She smiled as she relaxed under the warm flow of water. That was another thing, her hair wasn’t silver, it had turned a very pale shade of peach as she got older.

After drying off, she walked slowly into her bedroom, and lay on her bed. Her heart was weakening, in spite of the rest of her body. It was not made to last this long, cluster lizards didn’t live long, only 4 or 5 years or so, and humans average life expectancy was 70, not that Xev knew this. Inside her as she slept it slowed more and more, until it finally stopped, leaving Baby Lexx alone, to wander in the universe until it found a new pilot.

She wandered through a field ripe with flowers, the scent filling her senses. She felt wonderful, better than she had in a long time. Looking down at her body, she saw herself in her peak once more, her body perfection. She smiled more.

A familiar voice wafted to her on the wind and she followed it to a beautiful pavilion. There, in the center, surrounded by beautiful women, all hopelessly devoted to him, sat Stan. He looked up from the grape he was being fed, his eyes seeing her. He jumped out of his seat and ran to her, sweeping her up in a joyous hug.

"Xev! You’re here! I’ve missed you." He laughed and made her sit and eat with him as she recounted what had happened in the years since he had gone.

"Where am I Stanley? Is this heaven?" She looked bewildered, sure this would be heaven for Stanley, but for her?

"This is my heaven Xev, yours is not far, you’ll know when you find it. I think you were meant to find me first, friends together ever after" He smiled and hugged her again. "Go on, find your heaven, I’ll be here waiting for you to come back to talk. We have eternity now."

She rose and walked back out into the field, waving to Stanley as she left.

As she crossed a field of wild roses and pink tulips, she felt odd, and looked down. Her lizard skin dress had changed, becoming a short leather dress in a sky blue color. She cocked her head and shrugged. It was as comfortable as her usual fare.

Soft music floated on the wind to her as she reached another pavilion. This one was decorated with more cushions, but all in colors and shapes that she would like. Sitting in the middle was a man. As she drew closer, climbing the steps slowly, one at a time, she recognized the form in front of her. Hesitantly she reached out her hand, slowly touching his shoulder.

Kai turned around, his eyes smiling. She gasped, his face was warmer and more alive than she had ever seen it, even in her dreams.

"Welcome home Xev." He rose to stand, eyes on hers. "Welcome to eternity."

"He was right.." Xev laughed as she lay with her head resting on Kai’s strong chest.

"Who was right my dear?"

"Stanley, for once, was right, I knew it once I saw it." She lay there almost naked, her blue dress in a pile near the rail. She wore only a pair of blue silk panties.

Kai nodded and traced a finger lazily around the shape of her nipple. She giggled softly, eyes closing, relishing every second of his touch. She took a deep happy breath and smelled the rich scent of something she had not had in a very long time. Kai trailed the sweet treat over her lips first, allowing her to only get a taste of it, before trailing it down over her neck. The heat from her body melted it on her skin, and an endless supply kept coming until her breasts and stomach were coated in brown stickiness.

She pouted as she felt him slip from under her, her head landing on a thick soft pillow. She gasped sharply as she felt the tip of his tongue tracing circles around her breast, lapping up the chocolate eagerly. She moaned out in pleasure as his questing tongue went lower and lower. His flesh was warm against her, the chocolate that was missed melting and trickling down her sides, little droplets collecting on the wood.

"You taste…sweet….As I always thought you would…" His tongue grazing her stomach, tickling her belly button before dipping lower, tracing her muscles. He reached the top of her panties, and gripping them in his teeth he pulled them down, his hands teasing and stimulating her skin to heightened sensitivity. Her body trembled at his touch, remembering years of longing and yearning for this.

She felt something hot and hard pressing into her leg as he loomed over her, his breath hot on her lips. As he pressed his lips to hers, one hand dividing her legs, she raked his back with her nails, desperate to finally feel him inside her, after years of dreaming and longing. She panted, moaning out her wanting.

She gasped sharply as he pressed into her, taking her true virginity of heart and body, she was finally fully his, as she had always wanted.

Hours later they lay exhausted as the sun went down. The sky beautiful shades of rose and violets. She lay in his arms, feeling safe and warm. She watched as the stars came out, not moving from her spot. She felt memories flooding her mind and she knew this is where she belonged. She and he were joined by their souls, memories of previous lives revealing themselves to her. Her brief life with him on Brunnis 2, and countless lives before that where they had loved, and lost, each other. Finally they were together, and it was as it should be.

"So this is heaven, friends and those I love near, eternity to share stories and times together. This is perfect." She whispered as she fell to sleep in her love’s arms, looking forward to the next day with him.
